Delivery Method

We use our standard shipping method to deliver products within 1-2 working days. 

Shipping Costs

We offer free delivery services over 100 AED; however, the charges will apply to only 10 AED within the UAE if it is below the prescribed amount. Customers will be provided with shipping cost information during the checkout process.

Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery time is 1 to 2 working days (depending on the time of purchase and check-out) within the UAE. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, and we will make our best efforts to communicate any such delays to you.

Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy

If you find damaged or broken products, you are obliged to inform our customer services team within the same day of receiving them. We will deliver the same product. 

Refunds

We only offer product replacement, but if you want a refund, we will transfer that amount to your designated bank within 15 days.
